We get asked all the time “When does my health fund reset?” – well it depends on your fund.

Some health insurers advertise like their health fund will provide unlimited cover for all the health care services you receive. But that isn’t true because your Health Insurer is a business that needs to make money. Therefore every policy has a limit on the maximum benefit it will pay for various treatments and services. These are known as annual benefit limits and it’s imperative that you know when these run out (our HICAP’s system at the front desk will let you know if you do) – and, it is equally important to know when these limits reset.

Private health insurance rebates can be claimed automatically at our front desk at the time of your chiropractic visit, massage therapy session or nutrition consultation.
